  • Holy Child Boat Sighted in Sri Lanka!!

Thu 20 Dec 2018 Mrs Kielty

We have recently been contacted by a gentleman, Mr Simon O' Reilly from Lahinch, who is currently travelling in Sri Lanka.

He came across this boat and sent us a few photographs. The fishermen told Simon that they received it after the tsunami in 2004!!

Many thanks to Simon for sending in the photographs!

  • Soccer Success!! Again!!

Fri 07 Dec 2018 Mrs Kielty

Congratulations to our boys soccer team who performed brilliantly in the St Malachy's Cup. This is the first time this tournament was held and 16 other primary schools entered.

Our boys were undefeated in every match!! A credit to their coach Mr McCloskey and to Holy Child Primary School!

    Well done everyone!

  • Holy Child Choir

Fri 07 Dec 2018 Mrs Kielty

Congratulations to our wonderfully talented boys, girls and teachers, who recently sang at St. Peter's Cathedral with other schools from West Belfast.

The singing was breathtaking and everyone who attended had a wonderful evening!

Our choir also performed beautifully in St. George's Market, to the delight of Christmas shoppers!

Well done to everyone involved in our school choir!
