Ho Ho Ho
Santa Claus came to Holy Child School on Thursday 14th December 2017.
We sat on Santa's lap and told him what we would like for Christmas.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from everyone in
Mrs Madden's P1 class.
We went to Pizza Express on Thursday 22nd February 2018.
We loved going on the bus.
It was so exciting.
We had to put on an apron and a chef's hat.
It was great fun rolling out the dough.
Then we had fun spreading the tomato sauce over the pizza base that we made.
We sprinkled mozzarella cheese and oregano over our pizzas and they were ready to go into the oven.
Time to play while the pizzas are in the oven. We went to Cranmore Park.
Guess what we will be having for dinner tonight?
We went to Lady Dixon Park on Tuesday 22nd May 2018.
We got to try lots of different things as part of our World Around Us topic "Summer Fun".
We tried pond dipping, hunting for bugs and we made a teepee.

We gave the biggest tree in the forest a hug! It's called a redwood tree.
There was an outdoor classroom in the forest with seats and a map of the world.
Look at what we made!!!
Michael made a birdhouse for our class. It has all of our initials on it and the name of our school. The tree is near the Japanese garden and maybe you could visit it in a few years.
Then we went for a run. Guess who won the race?
