Welcome to P5C
We are a happy class of 26 children. Our teacher is Mrs Lavery and our Classroom Assistant is Mrs Notaro.
We will be very busy this year learning new things and developing our skills in all areas of the curriculum.
So far in P5 we have been learning about our bodies, our organs and our senses in our WAU topic 'Mighty Me'.
In numeracy we have learned to partition numbers, add mentally, recognise and describe 2D shapes and multiply by 2,3,4,5&10. We have been writing Recounts and recognising nouns, verbs and adjectives in our writing. Our class novel, George's Marvellous Medicine by Roald Dahl was extremely funny and we enjoyed designing our own marvellous potion.
