Monday to Friday at 9am you can join in as a family for a 30 minute PE session free with The Body Coach on his Youtube Channel.  You can find the link below.

 

Some Gaelic Sports ideas while at home

 

 

 

 

  • SUPERMOVERS Do exercise with some of your favourite sports, music and TV stars and have lots of fun at the same time.
  • GO NOODLE Have fun singing and dancing while reinforcing some of your Literacy and Maths' skills.
