P7C School Councillors 2023. Well done to all the children who stood for election and made brilliant speeches to the class. After a hard fought election the class elected Clodagh and Barra as their class councillors. Good luck in your role for the year ahead!
“Fighting Words” charity came to school today to help us create a story. We are part of a group of schools from Belfast and Drogheda working together to create a story. Today we wrote chapter 3. Thanks to Hannah for typing up our ideas, Molly for helping us to manage our ideas and Siobhan the fantastic illustrator who created a brilliant picture of out story as we created it!
Online safety with Roisin from Education Authority. We enjoyed our first week out of 6 with Roisin learning about online safety.
Art inspired by the paintings of John Lavery and an online Art appreciation lesson with Colleen from Ulster Museum. We loved it and created some fantastic paintings ourselves.
