My Special Item
In September, some of the children of Primary 6B brought in their 'special item' to show their classmates and explain why their item was so special to them. There were some very special stories to be told and everyone agreed that the items and stories shared were very special indeed! Well done, everybody!

Half-Term Awards
Mr. Austin visited our class at the ends of the first term to award children certificates and prizes. Congratulations not only to the children in photographs but to everyone in the class - well done for working so hard this term! Mr. T.
Christmas Week!
The children were in a festive spirit after the Christmas Singalong earlier today. Everyone enjoyed making Christmas decorations to put on their Christmas tree and Christmas cards for their loved ones at home...
Tree Planting in the Falls Park
11th January 2023
Today, the children spent the morning planting a variety of trees in the Falls Park. They displayed such skill and enthusiasm that the 350 trees they were to plant was increased to almost 500!! Despite the cold weather, the children thoroughly enjoyed the activity. Many thanks to Mickey Culbert, his Belfast City Council team and Translink for providing the opportunity.
Master Coders in Primary 6B
The children enjoyed visiting Code.org to improve their coding skills on the iPads...
Handball Coaching
2nd February 2023
Mark from Gaelfast has had very enjoyable and productive handball sessions with the children. After only two sessions he is amazed at how skillful the children have become. Go P6B!!

Visit from Dogs Trust
1st March 2023
Julie from Dogs Trust visited the children this morning to give them very useful advice on how to behave safely around dogs of all types. There was lots of interaction and the children loved talking about their own dogs. Many thanks to Julie from everybody in P6B!
