We have been learning to partition Hundreds, Tens and Units using Dienes material and partitioning cards.
We have been learning to add tens and units with exchange. We learned that an exchange is a fair and equal swap such as ten units for one ten. We drew pictures to explore the question, "Is it a fair exchange?"
