Breakfast/ After Schools Clubs Booking Forms

 

To book a place in Breakfast Club or any of our After School Clubs you must complete the correct form below. Booking forms will be live on Mondays from 7am to 10pm. 

 

**Some clubs can be booked weekly while others are block booked in advance for the upcoming term. 

 

Money must be sent in with 24 hours of booking to secure your place.

 

 

Please ensure all money is sent into school in separate, labelled envelopes

With child’s name class and club attending on it.
