Capillary Action
Capillary Action is the process by which moisture travels through a tree.
Our Investigation was interesting.
We put coloured liquid in a cup and folded a piece of paper into a bridge shape.
We connected the cup of coloured water to an empty cup using the paper bridge.
We were amazed by the results.
The instructions we were given suggested tissue paper but as a class we thought it would be interesting to investigate other paper types .
You will be surprised at what we found!
